Nov.4:  During the night, I awoke on two occassions, with the same thoughts.  I was lazy and comfortable, but I did write something down.  What I received is that there is something about each of us, a way to be recognized easier, a way to be able to communicate easier, a way to change some part of us in a higher way.   

The second time I awoke, I was aware that I was seeing the same thing, one or more of us, laying down, eyes closed.  Someone was instructing, making statements.

Zoltair and I discussed it and he suggested that it may have to do with recall at the I AM Healing Center, or recall about our etheric happenings when our bodies sleep. 

The night before, Nov. 3, I awoke to a picture of what I thought was a tv remote.  Then I realized it was a cell phone, then I realized it was some sort of communicating device.  I thought I had heard the stray cat outside yowling at a high pitch. 

Then I saw the face of the being on the cover of "X3, Healing, Entities and Aliens".  I heard this message.                                                         *************************************************** 

X3:  The knowledge you seek is within.  It requires activation of sorts.  This will be received and activation will occur.   

There are many who appear as you are seeing me.  My form is in your conscious so that you may become familiarized with varied appearances of others.   

You have done well to initiate this message.  It is why you have been given this picture.  We will resume at another time.

 Zee:  Is there a tone that I can reach you with? 

X3:  There is a way. 

Zee:  Is it thought? 

X3:  Mostly.  You will open a frequency. 

Zee:  I ask to be taken to the etheric healing center. 

X3:  Affirmative. Zee:  Please allow me recall. 

X3:  It is done. Zee:  Thank you.                           ******************************************************************** 

I think last night was connected to the night before in the way that I was perhaps to receive a message during last night, perhaps from X3, but didn't wake up enough, didn't make the connection for whatever reason.  Now I am thinking, "Darn it!". 

Helen, is there a way for me to be able to connect and remember all these things and my thoughts, both during the night and during the day, so that when I focus on one particular endeavor, say X3, his words, the Healing Center, I remember it all and I know what is more important to ask?  I am finding that I am feeling sort of scattered in some way and it makes me feel inadequate in pulling it all together.  If you have any suggestions, I would love to hear them. I will ask for assistance.
