I am here to answer your questions. If we were to meet regularly, there will be less gaps, a smoother running for you.  There will not be a need to wonder, as I will provide you with guidance and I will answer your questions.  You are wondering why you are feeling so drained.

We see from this side that you and your Beloved do as much as you can at this time.  We wish you to know that this is all part of preparation and integration.  There is one thing that we suggest, do you remember when The Divine Mother suggested that you take 5 minutes of every hour to rest.  This will maintain your energy and maintain balance.  For every 5 minutes of each hour, take this time for yourself and do what pleases you and helps you to relax.  Remember and utilize the practices that you know and that work for you.

Do not despair, there are ways in your ET Healing Center of making adjustments in the center of the brain that creates, adjusts and balances production of the hormone that is associated with sleep.  At this time, the production and balance of hormones of all substances that different areas of the brain control, is being adjusted and being worked with in each session.  There is always time lag during integration after treatment.  For some, depending on their makeup, it is different.  There was a time when you fell asleep almost immediately.  This will return for you.  I observe that it is hard for you at this time.  You must continue with patience and tolerance while balance is being brought.  You may resume the herbal tea that assists relaxation and sleep.  Remember the symptoms that many, many are experiencing of a transmutational nature.

I am with you, as your Beloved recognized, at the Healing Center .  There is always one or more of us with you.  We have been chosen to guide you during your Journey and your healing at the ET Healing Center is included.  We have meetings with your ET Healers, we are aware of each member’s health, their treatments, their integration and their thoughts.  We keep close tabs.  We urge you and your Beloved to stay in communication with us on a regular basis.  It is important for your group to receive guidance from us regularly.

Proceed as you have been, at your own pace.  Do not become concerned with lateness or tardiness.  There is no lateness; there is no tardiness.  Follow what you have set up for yourselves and stick diligently to your plan.  Formulating and sticking with your plan will bring satisfactory results for both of you and as a result, for others in your group. 

This is all part of Group Thought, Group Effort and Group Action.  When one finds what works for them, stay with it.

What you are doing delights us.  We praise and commend the importance of your work.

You are the path cutters and have been path cutters since your conscious journey began.  This is why others who come on board are able to integrate and transform as they have been, and with more ease.  It is because of the paths that have been cut for them that they are able to do this.  They will be just fine.  On their own levels within, they are aware that all is well and that all will be well.

You recognize in them what you have endured.  This is of comfort for others to know that warriors of the Light like you have endured and that they are able to do it.

We do everything that we can to ensure that it will be so.  It has been written.  This is the time for completion.  This is the time for the consciousness that has been desired and it has been put in place by the efforts of the Lightworkers, this is occurring now. 

There is much glory on our side, for as you each grow, we grow.  We grow as individuals as you do, and as a collective, as you do.  Graduation will occur for many on a Universal scale.  When one graduates in a class, the totality of beings in the class graduate.  See this on a multi dimensional level, where there are entities too numerous to count.  Multitudes will graduate. 

We will celebrate together, both seen and unseen.  Celebration must be in a such a place that will accommodate us all, (laughingly) a celebration on a grand scale.  There will be choirs of angels, live music. (laughingly)  I say to the group that you are all doing very well.  We commend each and every one for your efforts.  All are growing by leaps and bounds.  Changes are occurring so rapidly that you are different when we see you one day and then we see you the next day.  Your colors have grown more vibrant, you are taller, you shine, your glow radiates further.  You have grown from a pin point of Light to a radiant sparkling star, each one of you. 

This occurs on a moment to moment basis.

Celebrate your growth.  Dance.  Sing. Frolic.  Celebrate in a manner that pleases you and enhances your power.  Stand in your power in every moment.  Be the Masters that you are. 

When you arise in the morning, and you give thanks. and you remember who you are, carry that with you in every moment throughout your day.  When you close your eyes at night and give thanks, your glow is stronger.  All that you are made of, every cell, is changing.  There is no stopping you.  Give your Selves a bigger space.  Hold your arms out and know that you are bigger than that.  Give your Selves even more room to grow and expand.  See your Selves as the star.  From the center, your rays are able to extend and to reach to Infinity.  There is no end to what you can do.  Allow your Selves, see your Selves, and surrender to the Divinity that you are. 

Extend your arms and imagine them reaching and growing and growing.  Imagine your Self with many arms, like the rays of the star that continue to shine, grow, reach and expand.  Reach beyond this cosmos and this Universe and expand further.

You are able to do this with your consciousness.  It knows no boundaries, there are no boundaries.  You are free.  Reach for the stars, for you are the stars.  Reach beyond the stars, for you are beyond the stars.

Your Journey is endless. 

When you gather in Utah , it will be as another part of your Journey is beginning.  I am aware that it is not comprehensible at this time as to what will occur.  You have a timeline or an outline of your plans.  Know that this is all guided by Spirit.  You are aware that Spirit comes closer and closer to the physical.  This will be truly the time for your Spirits to descend and your physical to ascend and merge.  Your Spirit is having a physical experience.  And you are physical having a Spiritual experience.  At this time, it will be a combining, a merging, a meeting, then your understanding and knowledge and consciousness will take on a new level.  You will grow again from there.  You will love this experience.  We will love this experience.  It will be an exciting time.  We are in anticipation of this gathering, a powerful, yet gentle time.
