S:  There have not been the number of telepaths that we had hoped for, this communication link will assist in the way that multitudes of telepaths would.  This is only a change.  It is not to say that we will not achieve.  Our victory has been achieved.  However, we must plan and choose our options wisely.   The communications link shall serve many.  It shall fulfill many plans.  It shall solve many problems.  It will cover many tasks that we have designed and planned for our humans to carry out their work easier.  It shall enable us to be able to communicate with those that we require  to.  They in turn shall be able to communicate with those who are to carry out their own work.  It shall be an aid of great importance.  It shall help many.  It shall lead to higher technologies in your future as well.
