Zilanthra greeting Lord Enki.  I am honored that you have chosen to converse with me.

Lord Enki:  I AM Lord Enki.  I AM here to converse with you, my dear child of Light.  We are connected in ways that are all benevolent.  All of our connections are with the energies of the Great One, of Creator.  I have wisdom to impart, to share with you.  Not only am I here to share the truth with you, I continue to enfill you, and those others who are chosen to be filled with specific attributes, with specific energies, with the Truth and Wisdom of Creator.  You have been chosen for these new gifts, as they are necessary for the path you walk.  These new energies are ones that will assist you to work with others.  You will share these attributes with many.  These Divine gifts brought to you shall be used in a way that will not even require conscious thought toward it.  It shall be as the absorption of a sponge.  It shall be that others only have to be in your presence and it shall stir something within them.  They will look into your eyes, and their own Divinity shall be stirred.  Your touch shall stir them.  Our ways of _expression within your Selves shall have an effect on others.  It is a wonderful way to serve.

It is as the Christ, and how he shares his energy.  You have already been bestowed with the Cosmic Christ Consciousness and have been anointed as a Christed One.  This you have been given, more you are being given.  You are our chosen ones, therefore you shall continue to receive that which you require to carry out your mission.

Z:  I thank you, Magnificent Messenger.  I AM humbled and I AM on my knees within my heart as I Am filled and gifted.  I AM eternally grateful.  I shall follow all that I Am to follow to the best of my ability.

May I ask questions?

Lord Enki:  Yes, please do.

Z:  When Helen said that we need not speak to beings as Nikola Tesla, Helena and the others, that we only need to tap into you, are we to take this as literal truth?

Lord Enki:  It is my desire to answer all questions that these Beloved ones have for me.  This is your choice; it is all choice.  That will never change.  This is just to let you know that it may be done in this other way if you so choose.  It is to let you know that all the knowledge of all the different beings that you have spoken with and will speak with is contained in The One.  You can plug in to The One at any time and receive the same information that you would receive when you ask questions of Mr. Tesla, Captain Helena and the others.  It is to let you know that you now have the ability, you are gifted with this.  However, it is still your choice.   Do you understand?

Lord Enki:  This name is chosen for identification purposes. 

(Note from Zee:  I had a thought about the name Lord Enki just before he said this)

We attempt, in the Higher Realms, to choose a translation for humans that is closest to who we really are.  It is not easy to put a vibration to vowels and consonants, but this is what we do.  As you are aware, numerology and alphabet carry vibration and may be regarded as sacred.  Numbers and letters are connected, it is an attempt made by us to make it as simple for humans as possible.  If I were to give you a name that was composed of 10 numbers, 10 vowels and 10 consonants, it may be closer vibrationally to my identity, but it would not be easy for humans.

Z:  Thank you for your assistance to us in this way.

Lord Enki:  It is as you shorten your name, as it can be a mouthful for some.  We are aware of this.

Z:  What can you impart what you care to share with us?

Lord Enki:  When one such as Helen looks after her body, that is, she puts nothing into her body that causes her body to slow, to tire, to resist.  Her body is finely tuned, her cells are in alignment.  She works as one unit.  Her body, her emotions, her mental capacity are all in tune and in step.  This is a reason that she is as energetic as she is, she listens to her body.  You are aware of what I Am speaking about.  This shall happen for you in time.  Your healing continues and shall continue for some time.  There are not only imbalances from this lifetime, but from before this lifetime that need attending to.  Continue to visit the I AM Healing Center, as this is the best and the highest one can receive.  It is a gift one must use to the maximum.  It will cause you to evolve to your potential, which will be required of you in your future.  I would suggest that you listen to your body, follow its needs.  This in itself brings harmony to the body.  As you pay attention and supply its needs, your body understands that you are working together.  It is being raised in consciousness as you look after it.  It responds to each thought, as do the other bodies.  See yourself as driving the bus, the leader, the boss, the one who knows what is best for you.  Your higher consciousness knows what is best, your body understands.  To not tend to the body causes a sort of confusion within the very cells.  It is all so very closely connected.  It is the same with anything that you consume of a lower vibration.  When your body vibrates higher and higher and you consume anything of a lower vibration, it causes tiredness, fatigue and it takes longer and longer to recover from this.  You must make the supreme effort….. 

(Note from Zee:  Right at that instant, I felt something on my neck, I ignored it but it ended up down my shirt wriggling and squirming.  I broke the connection by becoming very distracted and had to get the spider out of there. I jumped up and landed hard into my body)
