My intention is to connect with Captain Helena.  I am experimenting with translating Helena’s thoughts by using my voice and speaking into a recording device instead of typing them.  My intuition tells me that it’s time to practice using this method.  I have been practicing with sending Love on a thought beam and for Helena, I leaned into and breathed the scent of a bouquet of lilacs to send Love in that manner.

Z: Zilanthra greeting Captain Helena.

H: I am here my child.  Welcome.

Z: It has been a long time.  I have missed our conversations, dear Helena. Today I am trying something different.  Rather than writing our thought exchange, I am translating your thoughts using my voice onto a tape recorder.  It is the first time I’ve tried this and hope to be successful.  I feel I need a little more preparation, to go deeper.  The sound of my voice seems to ground me.  I will try my best and go deeper.

Z:  Zee greeting Helena.

H:  I am here.  Allow my thoughts to flow.  Focus only on my thoughts; try to let the sound of your voice go. Imagine if you will that your hands are on the keyboard, rather than the words flowing from your fingertips, they are flowing from a different source; that is all.  You will get used to this method. You may even find that you prefer to use this method in the future.  Do you have anything specific you wish to speak about?

Z: I haven’t anything specific.  My main intention is to connect with you to use this different form for translating your thoughts into this machine.  Having any conversation with you is an honor.  I always look forward to conversing with you. If you have a specific message, please continue. I will do my best to translate using my voice. Maybe I just need to get used to this form and allow it to flow. Practice makes perfect, right? Did you receive anything different just before we began speaking?

H:  Yes, you are referring to the senses.  I received your gift and I thank you.   The senses that humans are equipped with are wondrous.  I enjoyed the scent of the beautiful flowers.  It is something we can manifest instantaneously, however the method you use and your intention to share these things of beauty with me are akin to the real thing. 

Using the method of sending Love or sending that which makes you feel Love, Joy or delight works well.  It is of assistance to connecting .  Using a method where you can raise your vibration more efficiently is something you can do all the time.  That is our aim, to connect as quickly as we can without losing the high vibration and the loving

feelings that accompany that.

I understand that you are at this time preparing for the publishing and distribution of our manuscript used in the Telepathy course presented by Helen.  That endeavor is to be commended.  We are aware of what has been transpiring.  You may not realize at this time the depth of this endeavor.  The creation of the endeavor, from Helen translating telepathically into the book, through the entire process with the finished product and the distribution of the book will have an impact that you cannot be aware of at this time, therefore we strongly encourage you and the others involved to continue with this endeavor.  The rewards will be great.  There will be physical and emotional rewards.  The spiritual reward is something that you cannot fathom at this time. There will come a time when you will understand what it all means. Know that the opportunity presented is one that you require to carry through fruition.  It is very important.  There is a great deal of time involved, we understand that you feel that you are falling behind in your conversations with us.   Understand that this is another lesson in disciplining, yourself, both you and Zoltair require more diligence in arranging your time so that you may carry on with the endeavor of the manuals, as well as devote time to communicating with those of us who are here to guide and to assist with all aspects, be it physical, emotional, mental or spiritual.  We are pleased to be of assistance and all that is required of you is to ask.  We will do whatever is required to assist those like you who are willing to take on such endeavors of an important magnitude.  Do you have any questions or comments?

Z:  I thank you Helena, for your words of encouragement, it is so important, especially right now.  I have never been involved in doing anything like this, in my past I would have shied away from something that I knew nothing about, not only because of not knowing anything about it, but because of my own doubts and lack of confidence about being capable.  I don’t live like that anymore, but there have been times when I felt overwhelmed with what it takes to put this all together and times when it felt that it would be easier to turn it over to Hal Fox for publishing.  Deep down, I understand that there is more here than the printing and distribution of a book, that there I something valuable and worthwhile here for all of us who are involved. 

Now I see it happening, I know that I’m not alone in any of the work I need to do, I have Zoltair beside me to do the work; but still, hearing words of encouragement from you really helps.  I have planned for a Telepathy course in a month from now, and have decided that I can email the sections of the book that the participants need for preparation for the course.  I trust that Spirit will bring those who live their lives with Ease and Grace and will accept that they won’t be receiving a manual until they are ready for distribution.  I ask your assistance with aspects of the Telepathy manual endeavor I also ask your assistance for the planning of the workshop and that you will be there so that I can speak with you in this method that we are using right now.  I would like to be able to have a conversation with you during the course.  This is what Helen did during the course and we all loved it.  To know that you can help with the course gives me a huge boost.

H:  My dear child I and others are there for both of you in all your endeavors.  I will be honored to speak through you and with you at the course.  I encourage and support you in this great endeavor.  You will be brought those with the intent to learn Telepathy and share Telepathy.  I thank you for the opportunity to be of assistance.  We see that what we have set out with Telepathy will be carried out so others from different locations can take it back to their area and share it with others; we see that the sharing has begun. That was our ultimate hope.  We commend you for your courage and wherewithal to serve in this capacity.  We are here for you.  Please do not hesitate to request assistance when necessary.  We are but a thought away.  We are One.

Z:  Helena, I do have a question regarding Helen Engel.  She has been wondering why she’s here, what she’s to do here, where she’s going.  She suggested that I ask you some of these questions.  If you have anything you could say in response, I would appreciate it.  I think she would like to hear any response from you.  Are you willing to speak about these things?

H:  I am willing and yes, I will.  Our dear Master Helen is a very humble being.  She has been chosen because of the vibration she carries.  She serves without question, with deep faith, deep trust.  She will be greatly rewarded.  Her Love runs deep, her Love has touched many, many others. She has led many lives of a high frequency.  She has served well in those lives.  In the lives that were not as high as frequency, she served,  learnt her lessons very well and is one of the chosen.  Helen Engel sets a beautiful example for all who would pay attention.  For such a little one, her Light is huge and magnificent. She is like a glowing torch in the darkness.  You are wise to heed her, to assist her, to support her in all ways.  Her work is very important, she serves well.  She will continue to serve.  As for these questions, ask me specifically what it is that you wish answered and I will oblige you.  Perhaps you can have specific questions another time that we commune.  How does that sit with you?

Z:  That’s fine, great.  I will put thought into it and ask specific questions. I know that asking doesn’t come too easily for her.  Her thing is to serve without questioning, she is a good role model and I see her as my mentor and try to follow her example.  I think I understand how she lives in the 5th Dimension and I aspire to do the same. Sometimes I would like to know how I am doing in that department. That is a good question.

H:  I think you are aware of the answer.  You are doing well, aspiring to live as a 5th Dimensional being. Continue as you are Zilanthra, I commend you.  When you feel that the energy is not of the Ease and Grace that is your motto, take a step back, put your feet up, do what you must to get yourself up again. You know what you need to do to raise yourself up when it’s time to do so.  One thing you might want to work on to prevent that from occurring is to become aware of the energy shift and disconnect from colluding with it.  You are attempting to reach the 5th state of being and maintaining it Awareness is the key.  Remain as focused as you can on maintaining a high vibration at all times.  Connecting with me and others regularly works well for you.  See that as a way to maintain your higher vibration.  Discipline, my dear Zilanthra, diligence and devotion.  There you are, the 3 D’s. In order to reach  that 5th dimension, you need to add focus and commitment. With gentleness.  As long as you need reminding as a form of encouragement and support, I am here in that capacity.  How do you see your experiment with the recording device working for you?  Do you feel it is something you can work with in the future?

Z:  I like it, it’s certainly different, I see myself getting used to it with practice. I will try it with Sananda, Willa, my computer on Pleiades.

H:  All the beings that you mention are always there, always have the time.  Time does not exist for any of us, you are aware of this.  It is a matter of you making the time.  I think it is time to turn off the recording device so that you may now hear it with your ears.  Then you may decide how to continue with it. We see that it is another beautiful day on your lovely planet Earth. Go in peace.
