Unknown: Greetings my special one, I am delighted to speak with you on the Sabbath. We of the higher realms are aware that a healing session took place for you this past night at the high Healing Center. We are also aware that this has made a change in your physical. Be aware that an important step was taken in physical healing. You are required to continue visiting the I AM Healing Center to continue with the sessions. You are aware of the good health and vitality that your friend Helen experiences. This shall occur for you and your Beloved partner if you follow what has been presented to you. However, this not only includes the I AM Healing Center, this includes all that pertains to your physical, your emotional and mental bodies as well. Be aware that for some, the Spiritual body attains perfect balance and harmony when the physical, mental and emotional have reached their balance. This is why it is so very important that you treat your body as the temple that it is. We are all One. Your ground crews, as you so aptly call them, are One with your Spiritual body. (Note from Zee: Zoltair and I refer to our mental, emotional and physical body as the ground crew) It is as you are growing your garden or a plant. You provide it with nourishment, sometimes you fertilize it. It requires the sun, life giving and sustaining energy. It requires life giving energy through the soil. So do human bodies require care, we cannot stress this enough. Please continue with your sessions.
The one who is escorted by your partner has indeed received more healing. Once again, she requires more time. As for the time of her treatment, follow your intuition as you are guided.

Unknown: Energies on Earth at present, contain the different qualities which pertain to what no longer serves. It is an urgent time to deal with karma for once and for all. It must be cleared to prepare your own energy for your path. Lightening your load, as it were, is of prime importance at this time. This is why so many are experiencing the distress that you experienced very recently. This feeling that you experienced is what the masses are feeling at present. There is a way to assist those who are undergoing distress at this time. You may build your spiritual heart in the manner you normally do. Fill it with the intent of clarity, peace, harmony and balance, Love with Oneness. Fill it with the truth of interconnectedness with all humanity. All of humanity is One. Build this into your spiritual heart; then you may pulse through your third eye, or more importantly, through your crown chakra. As you send this up, it assists with the clearing for those who require assistance. The energetics that you project rise and those whose job it is, project that energy where it is needed. Once again, Lightworkers are assisting. I AM aware that you are wondering about my identity.

Upon conversing with me enough times, you shall begin to recognize my particular energy. Although we do not speak often, it would benefit you to do this more. These are days of wondrous change, historic change, unprecedented change for all. There is not one on the planet who is not affected in some way. These are at a disadvantage, these who are unaware of the true picture. This shall change.
