As I sit here Helen, there is a fine high pitch sound in my ears, there is energy flowing down my legs, my third eye is plastered wide. I typed the above with my eyes closed slumped in the chair.

As I am a trainee, could you please scrutinize the above message and verify that it did happen as I am reporting. 

I did not think to ask if I can contact them any time as I guess I assumed that I could. Did they really beam me?
