The first course sent from Pleiades to earth, with nine participants, was held at Kelowna, B.C. in Canada.  Participants were selected by the Hostess, Edna Drake, and it quickly became apparent that these were potential instructors.  The youngest was 51 years of age and the oldest 79.  All had at least 20 years Light Worker training.   The participants answered questionnaires, did pranic breathing and meditation exercises, divided into couples for "trips to somewhere else", and did hands-on healing under the guidance of Ted Windsor, a  Master Reiki healer.  There were two profound healings during the course.  

All the participants were successful in communicating with Helena, Starship Capricorn.  some of the "first -liners" were:

Zee:  I am so happy to meet you.
Helena:  It has taken a while, my child, we are just beginning.

Zee:  I feel tingling on the top of my head. I feel my heart swollen with love, I feel your love. It is wonderful.
Helena:  You are wonderful my child.  It has been a long time coming.

Helena:  Oh my dear one, how lovely to be in your company. 
Monique:  Please tell me more.
Helena:  The joy of your presence  Prior to commencement of the course the participants were already familiar with breathing and relaxation for meditaiton and had read the first two sections.  

The finale was connecting with Helena, Commander of Starship Capricorn, with 100 percent success.  At the end of the course a Certificate was presented to each participant. The group has formed a Telepathy Instructors Group and will continue to study with the aim of teaching beginners telepathy in their own communities, which include Kelowna, Creston, Williams Lake, Chilliwack, Salmon Arm in the province of British Columbia and Carnwood,  Alberta, Canada.

Father, Mother God I ask that I be cleared and cleansed

And the purple transmuting flame.

H: Come in Ilija. You were longer absent.

I: Yes, my love. I was somehow empty, having no energy for nothing. I am fascinated with discovering the crystalline realms inside me. Can you bring some more light into it?

H: It is very simple. Keep it simple. That is my suggestion. Be still and know that you are God also.

 I: Yes, it is okay. But, somehow I feel fear be disconnected from everything.

H: Fear not, please. I'll give you an analogy. When you were nineteen you have disconnected yourself. You had to go out and learn how to do it on your own. Although you had a meal on the table and a roof over the head, you left the comfort of the home. Something compelled you to go out on your own. You did listen to that call from within yourself. There was a natural force that took place. You were, in a sense, disconnected from your family and the way you were living your life. But, at some point you came back free and independent, your own self. You could be with your family, enjoy their company and work with them, but you were no longer hooked up to them like you were before.

I: Thank you Helena. It sounds so releasing.

H: Now you are learning to become energy independent, to activate your personal energy center within you, that doesn't rely on any outside sources. So you'll never be beholden to anyone else, never to rely on another person for their energy of anything. You are becoming totally independent. Now, independent persons can share things and work together in a much more clear way because they are not taking or feeding off of each other. You are becoming totally self-sufficient.
