Ashtar:

We wish to bring you some news about what is occurring on Earth at this time.  There is new path that has been taken by humanity, there are more concrete steps being taken.  We spoke to our friend [Simon] two days ago, that this would occur today, on Sunday.  What is actually happening at this time is that there are beings who want to quit the position of power.  It is quite a struggle at this time, and we want to reassure you that the processes we will engage   -- not because you don't see any evident signs, the event has not occurred.  Like we said many times before, we need the support of the light workers at this time, so this is why we keep reinforcing the fact that things are occurring, even though you don't see them.  Sometimes the light workers become discouraged because they want to see outer signs.  These signs will come for sure;  we are making them obvious.

At this time the media are controlling the information.  They are masters of control, and these particular links are going through that.  A few leaks are going through, but believe us, very, very soon there won't be any such possibilities because these people will have to face their responsibility of manipulating the information.  They are doing it out of misunderstanding.  They think that by doing it [reporting as they do], that it is preserving the status quo, which they think is better for the whole planet.  Most people know that this situation must change, but for these beings, they really think that the way the economy works is the way it should be, and the best way it can work because, like many beings, they think that we require people to be at the bottom of the stairs and other beings at the top, as if it would be a natural law to have people serving others, which is something that is not appropriate and is not very welcome in our universe.  We will make sure that this [system] will be transformed drastically.

This is a message of hope, just to give you insight into -- to tell you that humanity is ready to change.  It is about to be shown officially by your media, you will look at this and be surprised.  We wanted to reassure that this is happening.  We know it is difficult to always understand this, and sometimes we receive your messages, "Why do you give this information to us since it is not happening?"

The first reason is to stimulate people.  The second reason is to make sure that they can add the energy of transformation.  If they lose their attention and get discouraged,  then it helps to block and to even stop the events.  This is why it is important to receive this information, not with expectations, but with an open heart -- simply to add to the manifestation, and not think that it must occur within six days.

This is not the total reason why we give it to people.  We don't give it [dates and events] to people so they can mark their agenda.  We give it to people so  they can help us, and help this Universe to transform.  Many people are receiving this information at the first level and they get discouraged because it is not occurring.  They think that we [celestials] did not do it properly.   The events are not something that we can control with such preciseness.  We know the end result but we don't know the methods that  will be used to get there, and this is always changeable.  At this moment we simply want to have people smile and expect the major events in a cosmic "soon", not in the way that you use this word. 

At this moment we will conclude our message by saying that we are very close to humans.  We have come closer than ever.  We need only a small step further for you to physically see us.  We are so close to you that you  feel almost as if we are not there, because you have adapted so much to our energy that it is almost like it has always been with you and you don't notice it.  Do not think that because you are not seeing our energy in your day to day life that we are not beside you.
