Altering the Breath

H:   What is the first technique in altering the breath?

T:    These are the yoga techniques that have been acquired over the centuries.  One might follow the direction of a yoga technician.

H:   Is the first procedure in altering one’s breathing technique, to learn yogic breathing?

T:    And other yoga techniques.  All yoga techniques assist in creating balance in the body.  Once there is balance, the body will adjust its breathing by an act of the will.

H:   Could you explain further please?

T:    One cannot communicate telepathically with the Higher Realm or with beings on other planets until the consciousness rises out of the body vibration, or rises higher than the vibration of the physical body.  This is accomplished by altering the breathing pattern.

H.   Please explain why and how the breath is the dominant player in subduing the autonomic nervous system, so that the telepathic skills may come into focus.

T:    The breath is the principal driver or energy source. When the power of the breath is altered in some way, either by being diminished in strength of input and output, or altered in frequency, the autonomic nervous system is altered accordingly.

H:   If the autonomic nervous system and the telepathic state of being are both running at a constant rate of 5, how much would the sympathetic nervous system be required to lessen its potential, in order that the telepathic state becomes dominant?

T:    You could assume that the sympathetic nervous system must move to number 3.  The telepathic state will then become dominant at 5.

H:   A statement of truth, then, would be that the telepathic state remains constant, and the autonomic nervous system is lowered.

T:    This is a truth.   

 

001.03.1 Guided Meditation: Meditation Lying on a Mat

(Novice might ask someone read this to assist relaxation.) 

Ø     Find a comfortable position—body, clothing, blanket (the body temperature will decrease, so you may need a light blanket), as few electrical appliances running as possible, a quiet environment, a feeling of peace (no fear of being interrupted), emotionally stable.  No food intake for an hour prior. Use assists such as a lit candle, soft music, smudges, crystals, flowers. 

Ø     Decide what you want to do.  “I want to reach the Department of Telepathic Science on the Pleiades.”  “I would like to have a telepathic conversation with Sananda Jesus.”  “I intend to converse with an Ascended Master.”  “I hope to receive new lessons from my Guides.”  Formulate a clear intent in your mind. 

Ø     Tell your body what you are going to do.  Every atom and every cell in your body has a consciousness that you can address.  “I am going to relax completely, without falling asleep.  I am slowing down to the alpha state.”  “I will my body to relax completely” 

Ø     You are ready.  Think only of your breathing.  Concentrate on your breath.  If you are lying down, be aware of the chest expanding, the stomach and abdomen expanding.  Fill the chest, stomach and lungs with air.  Hold that breath to let the new oxygen get to every cell.  Exhale slowly, allowing all the air to leave through the open mouth.  Inhale with mouth closed; exhale with mouth open.  Do this 12 times.  Concentrate on the breath.

 Ø     Slow down the autonomic systems by an act of the will, and by a direction of thought. “Heart, slow down, please.  I am going into the alpha state, you may beat slower.  Lungs slow down, please. Mind, be quiet.” 

Ø     To quiet the mind, do this exercise. Visualize the gentle electrical stimulus of your thought as it courses through the wave-like tissue of your brain.  When that undulating motion stops, your mind is at complete rest.  Direct that tissue to relax into the middle of your head. This creates a tiny empty spot at the front of your cranium, and allows the right brain and the left brain to become disjointed. 

Ø     Imagine yourself in a clear plastic box full of pink liquid.  Lie in it, with your body completely covered (complete immersion).  Feel warm.  You do not require air to breathe.  You lie so still that there is no ripple at the top of the liquid.  Complete stillness.  Complete security.  Complete peace.  Suspended animation. Allow the Angels to lift you and the box beyond the veil, to the destination that you selected at the commencement of the meditation. 

Ø     You will be greeted telepathically, and a telepathic conversation will flow between you and your host.

 Ø     Remain in that state for several minutes, and then very slowly, lower yourself to your normal level of consciousness.   

Ø     Describe what occurred.  If you remember any guidance received, record it while it is fresh in your mind.  

 

 001.03.2   Further Reading:  Thought Convergence 

In a recent message from Sananda I was given a new definition for thought transfer from one being to another when both are on earth.  That term is thought convergence. 

The ability to converse telepathically with others on earth was removed from us thousands of years ago, and we are about to reclaim that skill. Thought Convergence, therefore, can be considered as a new definition for telepathy between two persons on earth.   

Without any introduction, Sananda connected me with another "thought bearer" about 1000 miles from me. Sananda had us both in his tender loving care the whole time. He explained that we have receptors that have been unused and undetected for thousands of years. Sananda taught me a technique whereby I became aware of the vibratory essence within my ears, and activated the inside of my head with that essence.  Next I directed that vibratory essence to my crown.  Instead of picking up sound, I picked up thought.  It felt much heavier than the previous energy.  Immediately I perceived thoughts from a woman far from me.

 

 

This is what I recorded:

 Evelyn: We welcome you to the world of thought.  Thought is the fastest method to communicate.  I am in Western Canada, at a spot near the border of B.C. and Canada.  My name is Evelyn.  Who are you?

Helen:  My name is Helen Engel. I live in Manitoba [the center of Canada].

Evelyn:  Are you trying this new method of telepathic convergence?

Helen:  Yes, I am under the direct tutorship of Sananda, I believe, at this moment.

Evelyn:  Listen to my thought then.  Listen to me describe my landscape. A rolling hill, usually three horses in an enclosed area. A road follows by the house; it goes up a hill as it moves along.  The sun sets to the right of the road.[Note from Helen:  I had my directions mixed up.] 

Evelyn:  Yes, turn yourself around.  Good. There is an old hay mower leaned up against a shed.

Helen: Yes. Is that an old buggy?

Evelyn:  Yes.

Helen: Why are you smiling so hard?

Evelyn: Because we are successful in thought convergence.

Helen: Thank you very much.  I hope we meet.

Evelyn: Yes we shall. Over and out.

Helen:  Thank you, Sananda.

Sananda:  You are welcome.
