001.07 Seventh Principle of Telepathy
A Loving State
“The ability to make contact, and to channel, is not the only trait required for a person to be chosen to receive help from high-level spiritual beings. The [telepath] must be a basically positive person who has achieved a high level of spiritual development.” (X3 Healing Entities and Aliens, by Adrian Dvir, p. 16)
H = Helen T = Telepathy Instructor
H: What is next?
X3: Up to this moment you have been preparing the physical body. The entity that is you has four bodies; each is distinct, and they are all interconnected. The next body, and therefore the next state to consider, is the emotional state.
H: Please explain.
X3: Describe the state that you are presently in.
H: I am relaxed, enjoying what I am doing.
H: I have several ways to make love my principal emotional state. If I meditate at the end of the day, I spend a few moments lining up thought patterns of four or five beautiful things that occurred; i.e., I smiled at a stranger and he smiled back; I gazed lovingly upon an infant in a grocery store cart; a friend gave me one of her house plants; I heard my favorite hymn on the radio. I condense the memories into a bundle, and propel that bundle into my brain, to enjoy the memory once again. Then I form it into a bubble of light and joy, and propel it out the top of my head, to be enjoyed by the universe.
X3: Excellent.
H: Could you please explain the difference between physical love, emotional love, mental love, and spiritual love?
X3: I will attempt to, although you may be able to do it better yourself. Physical love is one of touch and feeling. Emotional love involves the entire emotional body, and it triggers the aura to shimmer and change colors. Mental love is reasoned out, with cold hard facts, such as the father who will spend a great deal of money on a son who will follow in the father’s footsteps. Mental love has an emotional base, although the emotional base is rarely understood. Spiritual or agape love is of the highest nature, and involves the spiritual body.
H: I seem to be able to reach the state of spiritual love by beginning with the lowest, and moving up to the highest state. For example, in order to relax my physical body before meditation, I spend some time relaxing in a warm bath. At this time I express love to all parts of my physical body, and thank each part for assisting me throughout the day. I recall happy moments, and enjoy them again, with emotion. Sometimes I think about those in heaven, about Master Sananda Jesus, about the great I AM, and I send them love. It is because I send them love, that they return love to me. Therefore I become filled with spiritual love. When spiritual love comes from above, it fills my entire being, and I am in a state of love and joy. We rarely create spiritual love; we receive it. That is why the phrase “Spirit of the Living God, fall afresh on me” is very powerful.
X3: Well spoken.
001.07.1 Further Reading: Channeling and Telepathy by Adrian Dvir
“X3 Healing Aliens and ETs “During channeling, a person is in a different state of consciousness. It is usually difficult to remember afterwards what transpired. For this reason it is recommended to write it all down while it’s happening, or to record it. When the channeling is over, the content of the contact generally evaporates like a dream with the morning light. In fact, because the channeler is in such an altered state of consciousness, I would recommend channeling with a partner. One channels while the other guides with questions. The channelers must be totally uninvolved in the communication so as not to interfere – that is, their own thoughts and personality mustn’t get confused with what they are receiving.” (pg. 182, 183)
001.07.2 Meditation Exercise: A Trip Back Home
Preparation
Choose a spot that will be your regular meditation center, in a quiet environment, without interruptions. Invite the Devic Kingdom (fairies and elves) with soft music, flowers, smudges, incense, and candles. Have a blanket nearby. Sit back comfortably in a chair, or lie on a mattress, or take a yoga position, make certain that the spine is straight. Read the meditation or have a partner read it out loud. As this is being done, take a few deep breaths, release the old air from your lungs, and relax. Take six or seven deep breaths, relax. Feel your body against the chair or against the mat. Feel the air on your skin, relax. Take a few deep breaths, relax. Be aware of the sounds in the room, the sounds outside. Let them be part of your meditation, but for now, you need only be aware of the sound of my voice [or the words of the meditation].
The meditation follows:
Think about something very dear to you that occurred some time ago. Decide to revisit that memory. You will regard that scene, and watch it be replayed. Feel your other self rise, walk out the door, and look in the direction of the memory. Take yourself there, by whatever means you wish. It might be a walk, a car ride, or on an airplane. Visualize yourself making the journey. See the scenery, hear the familiar sounds, touch objects you remember. There is someone special you wish to see again. As you near the destination, your footsteps quicken, you enjoy the anticipation of meeting again. You remember some of the words that were spoken. In a few minutes you will be with your friend again. You think, “What will I say?” Will you shake hands? Will you hug? It is time. You see your friend now, and your friend comes toward you. Live in the moment. Live several moments of memory. Spend as much time as you wish with your friend. Laugh over funny memories, ask forgiveness over a painful memory, and give your friend your forgiveness for pain that you caused long ago. This is love, forgiveness and reconciliation. Remain as long as you wish. Then slowly, say kind farewells, and very slowly, return on the same path, homeward bound. Gently, feel your body, wiggle your toes, and when you are ready open your eyes. If you have friends in a group, each may share the experience.
