Rebirthing 

Rebirthing is an excellent method to clear what some might call “old stuff”.  It is recommended that two or more do this healing exercise together. Adrian Dvir, author of X3 Healing Entities and Aliens, 1998, (mentioned in this section), gave a compelling personal account of contact with other dimensional and alien beings. He is described as making ‘the breakthrough of the century’ and as an expert on alien contact.  In the book X3 he is depicted as a surgeon on Pleiades, and plays an important role in providing new information on healing and healing centers.

T:    We are connected.  What may I do for you?

H:   Do you have a name?

T:    I am X3.

H:   Really, the X3 who was in contact with Adrian Dvir? [Telepath who wrote X3 Healing Entities and ET’s.]

X3: The same.

H:   What is the reason why I am privileged to be connected with you for a glorious moment? 

X3: We are hoping that you will be able to follow in Adrian’s footsteps.

H:   I am not a scientist or a computer engineer.

X3: No matter, your telepathic skills are excellent.

H:   Then let us get on with the next lesson.  We ended our last lesson advising that it would be preferable to contact a yoga instructor re breathing techniques.  In this next lesson I shall inquire of other breathing techniques that will also assist aspiring telepaths.  Will you please explain a technique known on earth as “rebirthing”.

X3: During their practice several psychologists became aware that many of their patients held fears, resentments, phobias, and these were preventing them from healing.  The psychologists endeavored to bring their clients back to balance, or to be “born again” or to be “born anew” without those problems; hence the word “rebirthing”.

H:   I have taken that workshop and noticed that it caused some persons to weep, while others became physically agitated.

X3: Yes, rebirthing is an excellent method to clear what some might call “old stuff”.

H:   In the workshop that I attended, approximately 15 persons brought their own mats and blankets and lay on the floor.  The therapist told us to fill our abdomen completely with new air by lifting our diaphragm and breathing in deeply through the nose.  We held that air momentarily, as it replaced the air currently in our body.  Then we released the old air rather gently, by merely allowing the abdomen to collapse.  This was followed by a moment of no breath.  The process was repeated for 20 minutes, and all the while the therapist moved about and assisted anyone in distress.  This type of breathing is called “circular breathing”.  Could a novice attempt the rebirth technique alone?

X3: If that person has any emotional imbalances, it would be wise to be accompanied by a therapist or an advanced light worker.

H:   What duration of time do you recommend for a rebirthing session?

X3: We recommend 20 minutes, followed by a period of at least 10 or 15 minutes of silence and complete relaxation, or sleep.

H:   How often should one do this?

X3: It depends on the state of the person.  With guidance, once a week for four weeks should be sufficient.

H:   When will a person become aware that there is no further need to continue this type of breathing?

X3: When it is felt to be a waste of time.

H:   Thank you.     

001.04.1  Exercise: Activate the Third Eye  

Lie down, and imagine a little child's spinning top pivoted on your forehead.  Someone makes the top spin counter-clockwise (the opposite to how a minute hand on a clock moves.)  Slowly, gently, the top spins outward, increasing the size of its funnel-shape or spiral shape.  When it gets to a height about equal to the height of the top, it spins in balance.   

Then the person holding the top takes the lid off.  A column of golden light exactly the same diameter as the widest diameter of the top flows down, and fills the toy top.  The golden light moves down into your forehead, and from there it spreads out, filling the muscles, the nerves, the bones.  Aaaah...This feels good.

Then the person begins to wind the top the other way.  Slowly it closes in and closes down, and stops when it reaches your forehead. Rest with eyes closed until everything is peaceful and serene. “Through the third eye we can see things that are not visible through our physiological eyes.” (X3 Healing Entities and Aliens, by Adrian Dvir, pg. 11)

S:    Today let us consider how the world regards prophets.  Some people listen and believe every word.  Others scoff and say, “There is no truth in this whatsoever.”  What do you do? 

H:    Firstly I am very grateful that a human being has grown to a level that he or she can communicate with Invisibles.  This takes a good deal of spiritual growth.  Next I am inclined to believe every word that I read.  If the message grates against my own beliefs, I find myself asking why the message I have just read does not align itself with what I am receiving. Then I may, or may not, make a decision on the message.  Usually I merely accept that which seems to be truth, and feels like truth, and cast the rest aside.  But I am always grateful to be able to read the messages. 

S:    Let us take a new look at these prophets, be they from old, or be they present seers.  A prophet regards a situation and thinks on it.  The act of thinking on it begins a process.  The process consists of sending up a thought.  All thoughts are recorded, either in the Akashic record of the sender, or somewhere else, such as systems like computers that record thoughts.  Great scientific breakthroughs have two-way channels, so that the scientists on both planes can interact, even though most scientists on the earth plane are not aware.  Soon they will become aware of the interplay of the cosmic realms upon their thinking. 

When the scientist or any person sends up a thought, there will probably be a few in the Invisible realms who will "pick up" that thought.  If it is original, and has merit, someone in the Invisible realms may decide to expound on it, for the sake of the sender.  Then the sender will receive an "additional thought", as he perceives it. 

If the thinker is also a receiver, the Invisibles may contact the thinker in some way, so that they may communicate together.  You have done this on many occasions, by reaching what you call "The Mental Plane", "The Equation Plane" and "The Creator Level."  All of these are truly at different levels of creative thought. 

If a thinker who can channel is able to keep his conscious mind out of the interplay, he will receive pure thought from a pure source.  Those thoughts are very, very valuable, because they project new ideas clearly, concisely, and in a pure form.   

If a telepath is receiving thought forms relating to spiritual truths, these may or may not be colored by the communicator's "filters". This means that he or she may have rigid embedded concepts that prevent new thought from being absorbed. For example, if a person is taught that there will terrible punishment for sin, even after death, that person will not accept remarks which claim there is forgiveness and growth in the next dimension. 

 H:    What is the correct way to receive creative thought? 

S:    First, be humble.  Know that there are others who have the Truth. 

Second, you must want to receive new thought. Too many theologians and scientists have closed their minds to new concepts.  As a result, new truths are waiting until the new telepathic scientists appear. This will occur rapidly in the future. 

Third, you need to take some training to become a clear channel, or a clear crystal receiver. To teach telepathy to scientists and spiritual people will be important in the days to come.  They will be anxious to learn the techniques of receiving new information and guidance. 

Fourth, a person who receives new information must be willing to share it freely, and to work with other human beings. 

The final aim is to record all new science, so that the information will be available to all inquiring minds in the days to come.
