001.05  Fifth Principle of Telepathy
Pranic Breathing

The pranic tube is an invisible tube that begins at the top of the head and runs through the center of the body, extending down into the earth. Trained telepaths draw in prana through the pranic tube while they breathe through their noses.  In this book prana and pranic energy are defined as radionic energy, a definition introduced by the Instructors of the Department of Telepathic Science on Pleiades.

             Helen = H       X3=Surgeon Scientist Pleiades

X3: Can you explain pranic breathing?

H:   Pranic breathing uses free energy in the air, as well as oxygen.  Animals and insects use this type of breathing.  The energy is pulled in at the bottom and top of the torso, rather than through the nostrils.   Air from the nostrils accompanies the pranic energy, but only as a carrier.  The ‘spent pranic air/energy’ is expelled through the abdomen in the region of the navel. I describe it as ‘popping a prune pit’ through the navel. After approximately 20 breaths, the body becomes familiar with this new type of breathing-in energy.  Few mortals breathe in this manner unconsciously, and therefore it must be set up by an act of the will.  Could you please add to what I have said, either by correction or additionally?

X3: The pranic energy may also be called radionic energy.  This is the type of energy that is used for greater-than-normal feats, such as splitting a board with the side of the palm of the hand.  It is also a part of the ‘flight’ mechanism in animals, whereby they increase their speed while fleeing from an attacker.

H:   Are there any other circumstances where we can use pranic energy?

X3: Very much so, and that is in healing.  All healing uses pranic energy.

H:   Yes, I have watched healers and noticed that they go into a different mode of breathing just before they begin to heal.  Their eyes take on a different appearance also.

X3: In healing, pranic energy is emitted from the human eye with love.   In conditions of hate or anger, the pranic energy is accompanied by hate or anger, and is literally felt by the recipient.

[Note from Helen:  One physician remarked that when he practices pranic tube breathing, he concentrates the energy in his heart plexus until it begins to vibrate, then sends it out through his hands. The temperature of his hands actually increases when he does this. What appears as simply a kind touch on the shoulder or back is really pranic energy directed to the patient’s body.]

001.05.1  Further Reading: Spherical or Pranic Breathing

Spherical Breathing is the process of taking energy in directly through the pranic tube and sending out through the navel/heart. It involves taking the radionic energy from the Cosmos and the Earth through the crown of the head and the base of the body (perineum) simultaneously and combining them in the navel/heart area into a small sphere of light. Then it continues to radiate out from the navel/heart into a larger sphere that surrounds the body. Hence the "spherical" sensations of this energy flow.  Pranic breathing techniques increase the level of vital healing energy in the body.

By   ingesting prana or units of Light we absorb the spiritual energies necessary to maintain a connection between our physical and our “Light Body” or spiritual body. It is this subtle energy supply that activates the chakra system and animates the human being on every level.

001.05.2  Meditation Exercise:  Pop the Prune Pit

Pranic breathing could also be called radionic breathing.  The Instructors on Pleiades describe radionic energy as electric energy that splays about without following an electrical wire. Animals use pranic breathing;humans need to be taught. Drunvalo Melchizedek, who taught Merkaba breathing, said that pranic breathing is essential to building a Merkaba vehicle, which is a method to take the consciousness to distant places.

Begin by clearing the electrical circuits in the body, using the fingers.Close the eyes. Holding the hands in front, touch thumb and first finger of each hand together. Take a deep breath, counting to 5. Immediately after the count of 5, tweak or lift the eyebrows up and down. Breathe out. Pause.

Repeat, using thumb and index finger.

Repeat, using thumb and middle finger.

Repeat, using thumb and ring finger.

Repeat, using thumb and smallest finger.

Seven fingers are needed; therefore repeat the first three again. Now all the electrical circuits are cleared, and we can begin pranic breathing.

Be aware of the root chakra and the crown chakra.  Pull “air” into your body through those openings.  Draw air into both simultaneously, as if you were taking air into an accordion. You are drawing in radionic energy directly into the pranic tube parallel to the spine. Feel the two puffs of energy meet at the stomach and heart area. You are also doing secondary breathing at the same time, but ignore that.  With every “outbreath”, release at the midriff, by “popping the prune pit” out the navel.  After about 15 breaths this becomes automatic.

When you are at the computer, ready to connect telepathically with a starship, do this pranic breathing to increase the energy around you and to raise your frequency.
