001.08  Eighth Principle of Telepathy

Quiet the Mind

A practical and skilled person can transfer part of his Higher Being through a process of meditation, to a different place somewhere on the face of the earth or in the cosmos, in near zero time.  It’s an action that is outside the realm of time.   (Adrian Dvir, pg. 288) The Instructor will read a meditation prior to reaching the meditative state. If studying alone, the Novice may ask a friend to read the meditation out loud, or the Novice may read it into a recording device and play it back.  Music and the spoken word are good assists to quiet the mind and prepare for a telepathic session.  (See meditational reading at end of this principle.)

H= Helen    X3 = Surgeon Scientist, Pleiades

LEO:  Navigator Starship Capricorn

H:      We are nearing the end of the preparation period and will soon be making telepathic connection with our space brothers and sisters.  Why is it important that the mind be still?

X3:    I am now going to refer you to Leo, the navigator on the Starship Capricorn.  He is an excellent teacher.

LEO: Thank you, and good day.  The mind is like a temple, filled with the most wondrous things.  The mind can absorb all of the beauty of nature, or study the intricacies of an amoeba.  In the past few hundred years the mind has been trained to be active for at least 18 hours in a day.  More than one-half of a human’s time is spent in idle thought.  What a pity!  What a waste of time, when it could have been acquiring wisdom.  Yes, you can acquire more knowledge in an hour of stillness than you can in many hours of reading, once you learn how to still your mind and let us speak to you.  There is sufficient wisdom on the Planet Pleiades to keep you learning for 500 years!

H: Is there a scientific procedure by which the mind is quieted?

LEO: Let me explain it this way.  Thought either comes IN or it goes OUT.  If you wish to receive wisdom, you need to clear your mind of outgoing thought.  Therefore you need to stop thinking.  We on Pleiades cannot reach your mind if it is occupied, just as an airplane cannot land if the runway is in use.  Therefore, simply make the connection, and then open your mind.

H:      Is there a special phrase, or incantation, or prayer, or greeting that will connect us with you?

LEO: After you have made the proper preparations, and are in a state of spiritual love and joy, you tell your SELF (your Higher Self) that you are going to connect with the Starship Capricorn, or with the Pleiades, and that you are going to go into the receiving mode.  You are ready. Be relaxed for at least a few minutes, keeping the mind completely still.

001.08.1 Further Reading:  Prepare for Communication

Begin by looking about you, at the calmness of your environment.  Allow your body to become as calm as your environment.  Allow your heart to beat slowly.  Move slowly with grace.  Attempt to lie down every hour for the days of training.  Eat at least an hour before a session.  Prepare to use either the recorder or the computer keyboard.  Drink plenty of water.  If possible have a restful bath in the tub twice a day. Go for a walk as early as is practical. Read something that is spiritually uplifting each day.”  Complete stillness is that attribute of balance wherein all body functions are operating smoothly, with no hindrance.  The mind is also functioning in balance, with brain signals moving fore and aft without pressure. When brain signals move about under pressure there is stress.  One also loses emotional balance, and of course, spiritual serenity.

001.08.2  Guided Meditation:  Old Man on the Beach

If possible, Instructor or friend reads the meditation slowly and softly.)

You are lying on a mat, covered with a light blanket.  Or you are sitting in a chair, back straight, or you are in a meditative yoga position.

Take a few breaths, and relax.  Feel your body, and move until every muscle is relaxed.  Be aware of your breathing, take a few long breaths.  Fill your abdomen with fresh air, and breathe out through the mouth. Relax a little deeper, let go.

Feel your toes and ankles, thighs relax.  Feel your hands, wrists, elbows relax.  Take a few more deep breaths, and let go.  Know that this is your time, and your space.

You can hear the sounds in the room, and even a few sounds outside.  Allow them to be a part of your meditation, blending into the stillness that is you.

Feel the air on your skin, and allow the stillness to penetrate into your entire being.   Relax, with eyes closed, and picture yourself on a vacation, on a very small island.  The air is warm, the afternoon sun glistens on the water.  Sea gulls fly overhead, and white clouds float in the stillness and peace.  You take off your shoes, and walk on the warm white sand.  You feel the sand in your toes, as your feet leave their imprints behind you.

You touch the water with your hands, and put some to your face.

As you walk along the beach, you are aware of a wharf ahead. There is no one visible.  Then as you approach slowly, you can see that it is old, and the waves gently caress it; then drop back silently.

Just beyond the wharf, you observe the figure of a man at a camp fire.  He is gazing silently at the flames, and slowly looks up as you approach. With a wave of his hand he invites you to the fire.  You walk slowly toward him.

It is an old man, with white hair and a flowing white beard.  He smiles at you, and you smile back.  You walk toward the fire and hold your hands above the flickering flames.  There is silent communication between the two of you, as if you had known each other before, long ago.

The man speaks, “Welcome.  I have been calling you.”You answer, “And I have come.”

The old man seems to be reading your thoughts.  He says, “You have come to ask me a question about your past.”You reply, “Yes, Master.  I wonder why I am here today, and what I am expected to do.”

The man moves in his chair, as if to make himself more comfortable.  Then he looks into your eyes. There is a bond between you.  You are silent, but his words seem to enter your being.  And then he speaks.  You listen.   If you have a pen and paper beside you, you write down the words. You ask the old man questions, and he answers you.

For a little while you sit at the fire, relaxed and feeling very safe.  Then as the sun begins to near the horizon, you bid farewell to your new-found friend, and walk slowly along the beach, back to your room. The warmth of the day is still with you, you watch a bird run on the sand ahead of you, and you look up at the snow-white clouds against the velvet sky.

As you return, you enter your room, sit in your favorite chair, and relax.

Slowly, when you feel comfortable, you may wiggle your toes, and move fingers.  And when you are ready, you may open your eyes.

If you had not recorded the message from the old man on the beach, you might record it now.
