H: Soon we will all become leaders, and I take this
opportunity to ask Methusaleh to give us his advice on Leadership and leadership
qualities.
Methusaleh: To come to speak to this group is like standing
in the center of a rose garden, or in a special garden where all the flowers are
blooming.. You are a magnificent group and we cherish you, care for you, and
guide you daily. We can teach the people of earth nothing without
you.
A leader is one who serves. A leader is one who
cares for the least of the members in the group. You are group leading the
people, you are group leaders, and as long as you look for guidance,
you will always be inspired. As each develops his or her
talents, the group expands into a knowingness that is incomprehensible to those
outside the group.
Now let us look into the finer details of how
each of you wll choose another. How is it done? Will you read a resume? Will
you advertise for a position? No. We will send you a light worker who will
suit your abilitie, your desires, and your aims. It is as if there is a field
of clover and the king clover plant asks for a mate. We fly over the field of
clover and suddenly we find one that is a perfect fit. That is how you will
find your light workers. You will send us a signal, "I am ready for a partner.
I am ready for a co-worker." You will outline the qualities that you will
desire in the person that you wish to find. We can do the searching for you.
Be not afraid. Just as we have assisted you thus far, so we will continue to
assist you, as long as you remain in love, with faith, developing your courage,
and always wishing to serve. Is that sufficient?
