them. I have used them myself and experienced powerful and
extraordinary shifts in conscious awareness within days.

The five techniques.

1. Earth: Envision a rotating Earth as you inhale deeply three
times. Invoke: 'Asha become me.' on each inhale.

2. Air: Envision winds blowing through a forest as you inhale
deeply three times. Invoke: 'Essa inhale me.' on each inhale.

3. Fire: Envision mighty burning flames as you inhale deeply
three times. Invoke: 'Fara consume me.' on each inhale.

4. Water: Envision the ever shifting ocean as you inhale deeply
three times. Invoke: 'Sabia enshroud me.' on each inhale.

5. Light: Envision a radiant sphere all colours as you inhale
deeply three times. Invoke: 'Assa unite with me.' on each inhale.
