L:  Would any one like to give a lesson today?  

LU:  One moment please. I will ask. 

S:  This is Sananda.  How are you , my dear Lisa. 

L:  Oh very well thank you.  I thank you for this visit today. 

S:   It is a pleasure.   

L:  Do you have a message for us?   

S:  Yes my dear.  I am truly happy with the progress I see occurring on Urantia.   It is with great joy I see all of my lightworkers busy raising the energy.  I wish to convey a message.   I know each of you personally.   I am with you in good times and bad.   Do not be discouraged,  progress is always being made.   It may not be reflected in your media or your newspapers.  Just believe in your hearts that changes are truly occurring.   Make it your priority to stay focused on maintaining a constant energy frequency.   By focusing on positive thoughts, and being happy in your endeavours you accomplish this easily.  If you should falter, do not dwell there, forgiveness is in order.   Would you not forgive another? Regain your focus quickly and carry on.    

L: What should we do if we see others confronted with a problem or conflict?  

S: Try to remain neutral regarding the conflict.  Send light to the persons involved.  God will do the rest to diffuse the situation or to provide a solution to the problem. Instead of praying for a specific change in someone, send them healing light.   Prayer indicates a lack.   Abundance is already yours, so acknowledge this by being thankful.  Others may not be aware of this gift yet but the healing energy you send them will work to awaken them and instill change. 

As lightworkers it is important to be non judgmental towards what people say and do.  Make it a daily practise to be supportive of their accomplishments.  It is so easy to give a compliment.  Your encouragement will help others feel good about themselves and promotes more interaction with you.  The time you spend with others will help elevate them to a higher vibrations.  

It is important for adults to play like little children and laugh like little children.   Too many adults are stressed about everything.  

I cannot underestimate the importance of sending love and light to any situation where there is lack of love or understanding.   This healing energy is what has succeeded in raising the vibration of this planet and it's people.  How people think determines the earth's vibrations at any given time.  The sooner people learn that negative thinking and negative action causes tornadoes, earthquakes, tsunamis, weather change the sooner all will benefit.   

I know you will continue to educate others on the importance of cleaning up the planet.  You can prevent the extinction of many more species of life by speaking out for their protection.  

Again I wish to tell you how much we honor all of you for your willingness to experience duality.  Your contributions will forever be recognized.  There will come a time when you will travel the universe and all you will meet along the road will stop and stare in awe at your essence and will recognize your celebrity.  Your colors will tell the others where you have been and what you have done.
