Lisa had never meditated before January 2006, when Helen began to instruct her by email. After a couple of weeks she made first contact with Capt. Helena on Capricorn. Soon after she was assigned a personal guide from Pleaides named Christina, and received messages from Abraham Lincoln, J. F. Kennedy, and T. C. Douglas, Canada's great leader.  She attended the first telepathy course in Kelowna through Helen, received a personal computer on Pleiades, which she named Luma.  She has since received training in Reiki and Reconnective Healing and looks forward to many years of service.
