L:  I am pleased thank you.  

CM:   Hello My Dear.  I am your Brother who is so happy with your progress Lisa.  Your inquisitive mind keeps you on the path of discovery and truth.     Seek and you shall find.   Being curious and asking questions is the way to spiritually growth.  Of course you have many sources at your finger tips such as your internet, books, meditation.    You have, on many occasions, asked me questions directly.  Your understanding of what We wish you to learn is accurate.  

Life is full of challenges isn't it not?  As you learn the lessons you  elevate your consciousness, in turn elevating the consciousness of your fellow man.  Your planet and the universe also increase in vibration.  As a lightworker, you have volunteered to do this as a service to your Creator.  All of you come from this same eternal energy.  In physicality you are separated from your source and must learn to return, ascend and reunite with it.   

In so doing, you are also experiencing several interdimensional realities at the same time.  I know it is hard for you to understand this concept.  Many of you are tapping into these layers of realities.  Know that this is normal and you musn't worry. Just accept it in good faith that this is the way.   Try to live your lives through the eyes of your higher self, with love and compassion for yourself and others.  This means forgiveness should be exercised at all times.   This will ensure that you are maintaining a higher vibration.

This doesn't mean your path is without problems but you will be able to access solutions much easier. Your goal is to overcome fear in all situations and replace it with a new energy thought.  This energy thought is one of acceptance, faith, and joy replacing anger, fear and so on.   Every time you create this new energy you are raising your vibrations as well as those around you and finally your planet, universe and so on.  This is how all of you are going to awaken the others on your planet.  You are all so very important in this process.  That is why we love you so much My children.  

Another part of the process is to send your light to others, to situations anywhere in the world to diffuse hatred, war, poverty and hunger.  You have no idea how powerful your intent and your thoughts are. You must trust me when I say that all of you are making tremendous difference in this endeavour. 

Strive to maintain your vibration; seek to raise it higher and higher.  How do you do this you may ask?  You may use meditation, continue seeking and thinking spiritual things, and maintain a positive, loving attitude about everything in your lives. Find and spend time with spiritual friends...meditate and worship together.  Your light shines and permeates everything in its midst, first your loved ones, friends, your neighbourhoods.   Soon everything begins to vibrate in your light.  It does this by diffusing the negative energy it comes in contact with.  Your intent begins this process. Those of you already familiar with this process are contributing so much in the consciousness of this planet.  The work is not finished until you exist in a peaceful world, where all share its beauty, where all nations celebrate diversity and care for your planet.  

Notice how world consciousness is slowly returning to integrity and accountability.  I'm sure you can think of many examples.  It will become even more apparent as time passes.
