L:  Does anyone wish to send me a message please?

H: We of the Galactic Federation have a message for you.  This is Captain Helena. 

L:  Captain Helena? 

H:   Greetings my dear one.  Let us discuss the reason for our presence in your skies.  We have been here for many decades now, amidst your planets,  in your galaxy.   We hold you all dear to us, on your planet. You are like our little nursery of children.  We watch over you, nurture you, and coax you along.  Each of you is a tiny spark of light, originally from the great source of All there is.  We are here to lead you back to your origins. Your world is experimental in a sense.  It was God's wish that humans live on 3D planets to experience a constant battle between love and evil.  Why?  To acquire experience and be successful in finding a path back to your Original source.  We have watched your progress on this planet for thousands of years.  We have sent you many Masters to ensure there was enough coaxing for you to succeed.   Now many of you are awakening to this coaxing within.  This inner power of yours will free each of you from the dark forces who have held you captive for eons of time.   As you awaken, we are here to help you start a new beginning on earth.  We can help transform your present way of life to one of Peace, love, and support.   This shift is happening.  Do not despair.  We haven't forgotten your pleas for help.  But we cannot do this for you.  You must set the stage for us to come.  It must be your choice.  You must choose love or evil, right or wrong, peace or war, greed or service.

You can start to create this heaven on earth that you wish to live in today.  The sooner people realize this, the sooner we can show ourselves to you en masse.   Together, we can then begin to restore the damage that has been done to your planet.   Good day my dear Lisa.  You may pass this message on to others.   That is all.
