L: I wish to speak to Abraham Lincoln
please.
AL: Good day
Lisa.
L: Good day to you also Mr. Lincoln.
Thank you for coming. Do you have a message to share with
us today?
AL: I certainly do Lisa. I
would like to speak to you about order.
Constitutional order that is. Some of you may be wondering just what
does it mean? Well it comprises of three parts. Let's address the
first part which is what the government should do. Every government has an
agenda which may or may not reflect the wishes of it's
people.
The second factor is how does the
public view it's rights and it's role in relationship to that
government. Do you feel you are being represented in a justified
manner. Do you have a say in what your government decide?
Lastly how does that
government function.
In all of American history and
the history of your world, the most important thing in constitutional order has
always been money. Not who gets the money but how
the money works interacting with the other factors. I guess
you could say it's the process of bringing all of them into
harmony. And there are no teaching tools on how to achieve
this.
How money works creates opportunity and
incentive. For instance if you obtain some land by killing someone or running
them off( such as in war), than people who want to buy that land from
you must recognize first of all that you do own it.
Money buys everyone changes. Not
necessary changes that benefit the majority. It also
buys everyone protection from too much change. This creates
conflict.
As wealth increases the government may spend
most of its time protecting the old wealth already obtained creating no new
wealth. This becomes a problem when the amount of wealth required to
protect old wealth is more than the society can produce through all of it's
labor. That is what is happening now. The
american dollar is falling. There is a huge deficit, and
more spending. So you see voting scams, lies, cover ups,
corruption in the media and the congress, even wars such as in
Iraq based on false agendas.
The big challenge is how can all of
these parts be integrated to form constitutional order. Is there a
solution to this madness? None of these can be solved
alone. You can't
change a voting system without changing what people are voting for.
You can't change a corrupt voting system without changing
the heart of the parties who are running in each district. You
cannot fix the jobs and debts without changing politicians making those
decisions.
I am glad to have this opportunity to speak
to the people of America, my homeland. Remember I am by your
side always and join with you in your fight for a better
future. Thank you Lisa.
L: Thank you Mr. Lincoln.
