Dearest Leonette this is Nebadonia...yes I have been calling you …I am the she essence of the one you call Mother Earth...
 
I have come to keep you apprised of what is happening as my physical incarnation transcend the boundaries of time and space….. this boundary you know as existence in a third dimensional vacuum…the time is indeed going to be rough for some of you …the inhabitants of this vast cosmic design… but rest assured this is a purging… a cleansing to fulfill the divine design as they would say …we are in the process of ramping up or incrementally attuning our essences… what this means is that the process will allow for the removal of the drudge that remains in my system… because you all are tied to me.. you too will feel the results of this…  it will manifest as nausea .diarrhea , aches and pains, sinus and mucus congestion it will seem as though a flu from out of nowhere has taken hold of your space and your body machine …
 
To combat the effects we will advise rest as much as you can … for those who find it difficult to rest because of responsibilities associated with your day-to-day living, we advise  that you refrain from physical and mental activities that are taxing or strenuous on your systems. There is more than one way to rest ….so you should refrain from pushing the buttons because YOUR buttons are being and will continue to be pushed and the less situations that you involve yourselves in that will require excitement of any, sort the better you will be able to accommodate the process that is playing out in your physical cosmic system…you will be required to refrain from strenuous activities as much as possible …now is not the time to push your physical vessel to the limits in the mistaken belief that in doing so you will mitigate the effects of your bodily transition...this is the time for rest within and without of yourselves as much as possible we cannot over emphasize that…failure to not heed this advice could lead your systems into overload...you must find creative ways to pace the outputs from your physical systems..
 
There are some of you who have been embedded with an extra oomph for this time …because there is a requirement to carry yourselves into places that you have never gone before…  those of you  who are so embedded with such characteristics that have been designed for your roles, will instinctively know that you have been graced with the power to take charge of situations at this time….those whose roles differ from this will know that they are unable to follow through physically and will need to rest   they are the ones who will shut down if they go against what their bodies are telling them or rather calling out for….
 
Again physical rest is important ..if that is not possible because of conditions then you must use your mental faculties to achieve same  you should refrain from situations that will push your buttons and trigger emotional and physical responses ..so that your bodies will be given every opportunity to recover from this shifting that is taking place…  you will have great opportunities once your bodies have recovered, to get on with that which you came here to do…
 
 
As the shift continues I will keep you updated as far as you will allow me…these are times that are voluminous in terms of changes…some will be very subtle not really known to those who are not in that particular field of study, nevertheless they will have profound impact relative to the earth body herself...some of the changes will be very obvious…the atmosphere that surrounds the earth body and her aura are also to be affected and you my children...being offspring of the very physical components of the earth will also embrace these feelings.. you may think that creates havoc with your senses...your emotions… but you must remember that you are moving with me and as such there is a requirement to put up and bear ..knowing full well that liberation in just around the corner just an arm’s length away…you all have been sufficiently prepared for this…you all have been prepared to provide yeoman service to others… this is indeed a monumental task… for you to both weather these changes within your system and to help others who are not informed of what is happening, with their changes…but we know that you are quite capable and we only selected the best for this time and this opportunity…we expect that you will ask for help and we are in an array of numbers beyond your comprehension to deliver that assistance ….so my dears….understand that we love you  and understand that only the best would accompany me in my journey to the higher dimensions ..I could ask for no other and no better…
