A MEDITATION EXERCISE

Prepare yourself for meditation, then ask Sananda:

 

You:  Will you take me where there is stillness and peace?

 

Sananda:  Yes, come into my heart. Now I will enter your heart.

 

You:  This is the other heart.

 

Sananda:  Yes, I enter the heart of the soul body. I add my textures of

love and radiance to your soul body.  This radiance shines forth and

moves ahead of you.  Now practise again.

 

You:  Why am I dozing?

 

Sananda:  Because I am lifting you up.

 

You:  Where are we going?

 

Sananda:  To a place of refuge.

 

You:  I allow it to be done.  I see a large mountain.

 

Sananda:  Yes, we can reach the top in an instant or we climb it, step

by step.  What would you like to do?

 

You:  I am  weary.

 

Sananda:  Then we shall fly to the top.

 

You:  Here the air is more pure, and the sun is bright.

 

Sananda:  What do you see?

 

You:  I see the countryside below the mountain.

 

Sananda:  What else do you see?

 

You:  Trees, and a small river, and green covering the soil.

 

Sanada:  Do you see any buildings?

 

You:  Not that I am aware of.

 

Sananda:  I shall return and we shall finish the lesson.

 

Suggested Meditation:

 

While in a meditative state, complete the lesson.

Ask Sananda how to find peace on that peaceful mountain.

Let him speak to you.  Write down your message.
