Soltec, I ask for specifics from you today. The time seems ripe for major upheavals, although the certainty has not been determined. Mother Earth seems to be primed for this change and we have been warned several times by several guides. I ask again for clarification and guidance for people however they may be affected by this.

Jess, this is Soltec—Anthonius, to use my given name.

Let me speak with some encouragement and some warning. You all must engage in mindsets that allow for manipulation and maneuverability. I say this because the extent of the damages that may occur can be ameliorated to some extent by the concern and the mental cleaning that goes on regarding the nature of the looming catastrophes. You can literally weaken or change the nature of the events if you consciously work to do that. The reality that allows them to manifest as you assume is only one of many possibilities that could occur. The shape of the event is not predetermined, only the likelihood of the potential for certain aspects to take place based on the elements that are present.

An awareness of this ability to interact with the Earth and the nature of the physical changes that occur is new to many of you. You create the paradigm that it plays out because you create the reality you experience. You are totally responsible for what happens to you, although you think that outside events are predetermined or happening beyond the scope of your control. Every event that involves your life experience is shaped by your higher self to allow you to experience the circumstances you have become aware of as possibilities. You choose the characteristics and you allow them to manifest in a way that affects you.

This may seem counter to everything you have been taught or led to believe, but in truth it is the way your life experience shapes its form. You wish to experience certain paradigms and you therefore draw the energy of those aspects to your awareness on some level. It may not be at the front of your conscious thinking, but it is always involving your life experience on some level. You are shaping the life you are living here on Earth at all times whether your are conscious of this or not.  All events you participate in are what you have selected to experience—either overtly or as the result of someone else’s chosen action. Your spectrum of life experiences is what you choose.

Having said this, I repeat that the nature and the severity of the events that ultimately take place on Earth are the direct result of your conscious choices. You often only allow events to take place without realizing you can change the outcome. You have been taught you have no control. This is not true. You are a co-creator on Earth. This means you can determine the shape of the events, as well as determine the nature of your reaction to them. You are creating your life experience.

In that context, the projected events in California and in the Pacific rim are almost inevitable because the mass consciousness of Earth as a whole refuses to accept that the events can or will occur and that the people are able to evaluate the best interaction they are able to select for themselves. Their choices are most often left up to their higher consciousness alone at a disconnect from their conscious rationality. The people refuse to acknowledge the potential that is looming, and they refuse to prepare for it, as a result.

I say that man creates the outcome of his life experience here on Earth, but this is the outcome of a dialogue with the Earth herself that forms the material manifestation that his embodiment draws upon. Man is connected with Earth, and the decisions and choices man makes must take into account the reality that Mother Earth has chosen. This again is often a passive acceptance of what seems to be an inevitable event, when it is actually an event that is shaped by the both participants. Mother Earth is primal to man, however, and the nature of his existence is formed by his relationship.

Man’s choices over the millennia have been for the most part at odds with the preferences of Mother Earth. This has caused major abnormalities and imbalance in her makeup and structure—abnormalities that must be harmonized and removed in order for Mother Earth to raise her energy frequencies to match the ascending of the solar system she is part of. The dialogue and choice of harmonious selections is the same as in the dialogue with man, but at an even more incremental level. These choices cause the choices man is presented to select from. Changes on Earth must happen, and man must determine how he wishes to interact with them as part of the life experience of Earth.

I am in charge of overseeing the nature of the changes that must occur in some fashion to allow Mother Earth to regain her galactic harmony. I see many potential geophysical manifestations that are almost unstoppable at this point. Man has caused much imbalance and as a result has created situations through the globe that are precariously tipping towards catastrophe. His unthinking drive to overpopulation has created many sites where the Earth changes will impact an enormous number of inhabitants if no preparation is made. And at this time it is almost too late for much backing up. The warnings for disasters have been given repeatedly for generations, and people have ignored them or been conditioned to assume they would not affect them. There are a variety of reasons this has happened, it is true, but the fact remains that civilization on Earth is in danger.

What to do and when? are the most direct questions. The nature of the changes and the timetable for the ascension of the solar system and the galactic region Earth is part of is in place and events are moving ahead rapidly. Earth has little time to delay in beginning the physical manifestations of this spiritual ascension. Man is part of this change and must also transform. There is no alternative in the bigger picture. The ascension has been decided and the process has begun. Man has to determine the details his personal interaction will have with the inevitable and yet to be decided.

The timetable on Earth has also begun and events are shaping up in sequence, although man can still affect the severity and the nature of the manifestation. The earthquakes in China are a first step. The volcanoes rising on the seabed near Oregon are part of the release. The tremors that are occurring more frequently all along the West Coast of the United States are also precursors of a sequence of much more devastating Earth changes. Man must decide how he wishes to interact and shape his personal experience.
