FAQ:  Could you please give me a few short tips about getting ready for a telepathy session please?

ANSWER:  We would recommend that you do not attempt telepathy when you are tired.  The best time for some telepaths is around 2:30 am or 3:00 am, when they are free of yesterday, the body is rested, and tomorrow has not pounced upon them.  Also, go to bed before you are "dead tired" because to heal after too much fatigue will take you all night.  Instead, try to allow a couple of hours to "simmer down" with a bath, some fun time, good reading, and friends.  You should be able to recuperate from the day in four hours, and allow the remaining three hours for the Celestials to work on you, by either doing their own type of healing, or by teaching your Higher Self new truths.

Also, do not channel until an hour after a meal.  Diet is also important, so begin to WILL yourself to eat less sugars and starches, and add more fresh fruits and veggies and pure water to your diet.

Water with salt and vinegar is like the liquid in a battery -- add a pinch of salt and a half tsp. of cider vinegar in a glass of water before you begin your telepathy.  Also sprinkle some salt on a damp cloth and place it and your bare feet on a quartz crystal.  Before long you will feel an electric current running up your legs; not immediately, but after some of the plugs are dissolved.

Make sure you rest after a channeling session, to bring balance to your body.  The Celestials recommend that we almost fall asleep after a session, to make sure that we are grounded.  If you are not grounded, you can be spaced out for hours.  Prepare for 20 minutes, and "deplane" for 20 minutes.
