Uuton on Rising Sea
Levels

When I reach up to touch the finger of God,
there is a long separation and I must climb to a high level. Today the
distance is not so great.
I wish to reach Uuton, Master of the Elemental
Beings.
U: I am here.
H: Thank you, I am most grateful. I
have read your guidance for the climate changes in the coming years, and I
do have a further question today.
U: I will be pleased to hear
it.
H: Will you provide information about the
amount of rise in the sea levels during the coming five years? Also,
when should people at coast lines move further inland?
U: Many are asking these questions, and
many are answering them, some without wisdom. There will be a gradual
rise in the sea level. However, those countries that have a coastal
shoreline that extends far inland, whose property is perhaps 10 feet above
sea level, must consider moving within two years. It will take
longer than five years for an increase in the sea level to affect those
whose property is 20 feet above sea level.. However tidal waves
and hurricanes may cause the water to rise temporarily above 10 feet, making
it dangerous to be near the coast at both levels. (Note from Helen: The message
did not mean that the water will rise 10 feet in 2 years. It meant that people who live
on land that is is only 10 feet above sea level should move within
two years. It will take more than five years for the sea
level to rise to a level that will affect those living 20 feet above sea
level. However, people who live on land that is 20 feet higher than sea
level need to be aware that as the level of the sea rises, waves and
hurricanes can do damage at levels where the land is 20 feet above sea
level.)
In view of this, it is important that people
inland prepare for an influx of humans from the coastal regions. This
needs to be done in a humanitarian way, for the good of all. Does that
