Helen Engel has been channeling the masters since 1975. In 2001, Quan Yin asked her to form the Earth Council of Women, to increase the Feminine energies on earth. Quan Yin taught, "Always be calm, always be peace, always be love." Out of that group was formed the Priestesses of the Holy Waters, a group of High Priestesses who were taught forgiveness, tolerance and reconciliation by Abraham. In 2003 she was active in First Contact Volunteer Scouts, a group who learned how to contact Starships telepathically, and to welcome the space brethren with joy and hope.

In 2004, Helen was asked to go to Utah as a Messenger and Scribe for Sananda, whose desire is that the Mormon Church adopt the doctrines of reincarnation and telepathy. While there she channeled the book "Mormons and Telepathy."

In the 1980's the Department of Telepathic Science on Pleiades contacted Adrian Dvir, a psychic healer in Israel, who wrote a book, "ET Aliens and Healing", about his experience with an entity called X3, as well as other ET's who taught him new methods of healing.

X3 contacted Helen Engel in 2005 and recommended that she follow Adrian's footsteps. The Department of Telepathic Science on Pleiades dictated the outline for a course in telepathy, called "Sanadnda Course in Telepathy," to which additional material has been added.

X3 and others recommended that the course be expanded to provide suitable instruction for children, university students, and church leaders, so that continual guidance will be forthcoming from the higher realms. The author gives permission to quote the Nine Principles of Telepathy and the Twelve Steps to Telepathy provided credit is given to the Department of Telepathic Science on Pleiades and to the author.
