We are composed of a large number of various aliens here aboard the Capricorn.  In addition, we have some humans with us as well.  We also have a number of highly-skilled and highly-trained medical professionals.  They are dedicated to helping many of you on earth to be healthier.  They can cure many ailments and will be spreading out and doing their best to help as many as possible after our landings.  This is their assignment and their choice and they will serve without pay for their services to humankind. That will be one of the benefits of our coming to land and be among you.
