Harold Fox is senior scientist and president of Emerging Energy Marketing Firm, Inc. based in Utah, a company geared to manufacture a new-energy device. One of the first scientists taught by Helen to actively channel Helena, Commander Starship Capricorn. Hal Fox has been receiving messages daily from Commander Helena of Starship Capricorn, located above Northwestern U.S. and Canada. It is expected that a shuttle will land on a Saturday at 10 a.m. shortly after a new government in U.S. rescinds the order to shoot at UFOs. TV and newspaper reporters will be invited to attend.
