Answer:  Your first question, "What is the three-fold flame of the power
of the Christ within?" A flame is a beam of light; three-fold means
three beams.  What are the three beams of Christ light?

Loving, Learning, Doing
[Heart, Head, Hand]
[Love, Wisdom, Power]

The next question, "The heart center of our three-fold flames."
This means that the heart is the center of the three-fold flames.
First you love, then you learn, then you do what you have become
prepared to do.

To love with overflowing agape love is rarely achieved in one lifetime,
and many souls return again and again before they have achieved this
step.

To learn is to learn the truths of the cosmos and the truths about
yourself, and an outline of what your projects are during this sojourn
on earth.

To do is to perform those tasks which are yours to do.

"The three-fold flame of the power of the Christ within" unites the
love, the learning and the doing into LIGHT, the light of the cosmos.  
It is very difficult for humans to understand that an activity on their
part can create LIGHT.  Yet this is true.

For example, if you are active in the Right to Life campaign and you
speak to the public about it, and become active, you create a vibration
in your environment, a vibration of love, learning and doing.  The LIGHT
will shine around you.  You have created LIGHT.

The three-fold flame is the union of love, learning and doing.  The aura
you emit, or the aura that surrounds such a person, can be seen by the
angels and it can be felt by humans.

When you hear the words "three-fold flame", think of love, learning,
doing.

When you think of "the three-fold flame of the Christ within" know that
whenever these activities are performed (loving, learning, doing) the
Christ is within that being who is performing those activities.  
Therefore the three-fold flame is an activity  flame.  It  depicts
Christ Activity.  It  indicates that the power of Christ is within that
entity.
