When I started acknowledging the words that were

coming through me for years, Sananda had said we

needed a routine to cement the energy.  He also

said to dictate each day at the same location so

as to build an energy vortex...and he was right! 

Now, when I enter my "post" I immediately begin

to tingle in my head and feet...I built a centrifuge

of protective energy which not only assists in my

transmissions, but also keeps my space very clean. 

Although I do prepare each day by clearing, and

calling on all who participate in my life journey

to join me in every transmission...this is also a

good idea because it makes the information more clear

and uninterrupted by thoughts.  Its like a grid, or

network of electromagnetic impulses that swirl around

to keep me in a safe space...hope that makes sense.
