I had some communications with her before this message, but I haven't recorded it, because I was not sure it were real telepathic communications. Here is a part of Helen's response to my first message: "Did you notice that Helena said AGAIN? That dance was also real but in the next dimension. H: You are my love again. Latter then yesterday, but I have understanding for it. I feel some questions from you today. 

I: You are right. First of all I thank you for your love. I feel it with whole my being. It is so great, so marvelous. 

H: I feel your love, Ilija, too. You were, are and will be the greatest. 

I: I thank you for it. I knew that. Here is my question: you don't use a computer in your communication, like me, don't you? 

H: No, I don't use it like you. I: Do you need to type the words of our communication, like me?

H: No, I don't. 

I: I knew that. I don't know your way, but I can do everything what you can do. So, I can use the same way of communication that you've been using. 

H: You are right. Why don't you do that? I: That is exactly my question to you? H: You know the answer already. 

I: Now you are right. I must rise my vibrations higher and higher in order to reach higher levels of consciousness. 

H: Exactly. Do it. 

I: What is the KEY WORD in that process? 

H: CONSCIOUS DECISION. 

I: Complicated? 

H: Very simple. 

I: YES or NO? 

H: Congratulation. 

I: Thank you Commander Helena. Are you expecting some "unexpected visits" to your Starship? 

H: You are welcome any time. 

I: That was self-invitation. You know how curious I am about the interior and all other things. 

H: I love you Ilija. 

I: Let my love embrace you forever, Helena. 

Why would I do it? Because it brought to me the real discovery. Namely. what is most interesting to me is the experience that it was coming from INSIDE of me. That is very important point. As you know, because of our belief system that heaven is above, up, it was existing an instinctive expectation from me, although I was in a meditative state, that it would come somehow from above, from heaven, where the Capricorn is. But, the real discovery for me was that it came from INSIDE. And I became aware of it at the very moment. By the way, I AM aware now that Capricorn is also inside me. Inside you, too.

The key concept of this universe is IN concept: INside, INward, INtent,... That is very, very important to grasp, and to shift all expectations to inside, EVERYTHING COMES FROM INSIDE, and then it works without efforts, EASY. The whole human history on Mother Earth until now is the history of the HARD concept, the DIS-EASY one! Now you know. Read careful.

This is time of the EASY concept.
